At La Crosse Technology, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our precision weather and time instruments. If you are not completely happy, you may return your items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all sensors, power adapters, and manuals that were part of the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device for functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
